1. Overview
InboxNOC provides managed business email hosting services designed for reliable inbox delivery. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
InboxNOC hosts and manages business email infrastructure, including mailbox hosting, email routing and delivery, authentication support, spam filtering, and security systems. InboxNOC operates as a managed email provider, not a marketing email platform.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use InboxNOC for unsolicited bulk email, spam, marketing blasts, phishing, fraud, deceptive activity, malware, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. Our platform is intended for legitimate business communication.
4. Email Sending Policy
To protect delivery quality and sender reputation, outbound email behavior may be monitored. High-volume, suspicious, abusive, or reputation-damaging sending may be limited, suspended, or terminated without notice.
5. Domain and DNS Requirements
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate and functional domain DNS records, including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC where applicable. Incorrect DNS configuration may reduce deliverability or result in service interruption.
6. Resource Usage
Customers may not abuse storage, bandwidth, CPU, memory, mail queues, or other shared infrastructure resources. InboxNOC may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that negatively impact platform stability or other customers.
7. Security and Data Protection
InboxNOC uses security monitoring, automation, and infrastructure protections to help protect hosted email services. Customers remain responsible for protecting account credentials, using strong passwords, and preventing unauthorized access.
8. Backups
InboxNOC may perform periodic backups for operational purposes, but backups are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own copies of important email or data.
9. Suspension and Termination
InboxNOC may suspend or terminate service at its discretion, including immediately in cases of abuse, security risk, nonpayment, spam complaints, or behavior that threatens platform reputation. Violations may result in termination without refund.
10. Billing and Payments
Services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Payments are non-refundable unless specifically stated in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
InboxNOC is not liable for delivery failures outside its control, customer misconfiguration, third-party provider decisions, data loss, indirect damages, lost revenue, or consequential damages. Services are provided as-is and as-available.
12. Changes to Terms
InboxNOC may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
